The Ohio Cannabis Coalition (OHCANN) is Ohio’s leading trade association representing licensed cultivators, processors, dispensaries, and testing labs. OHCANN was formed to advocate and educate on behalf of our members.

What to Expect
Issue 2 has passed, so what are we to expect now?
On November 7, 2023, Ohio voters passed Issue 2, making adult use marijuana legal. The new law goes effective on December 7, 2023, but the Division of Cannabis Control will have nine months thereafter to write rules regulating the new program. Adult Use marijuana will not be available to purchase in Ohio until September 2024.
